TM TRAINEESHIP®
Available as a 6 Month Core Programme or 9 Month Advanced Programme, it combines industry qualifications, structured practical development and genuine workplace experience.
Trainees work within your business at agreed temporary labour rates while Adjuvo manages their training and progression. Upon successful completion, they can move into permanent employment with you, with no recruitment or transfer fee payable to Adjuvo.
How it works
1. Recruitment built around your business
We recruit candidates to suit your operational requirements, taking account of location, travel, shift patterns, driving requirements and suitability for outdoor, physical work.
You gain people selected for your operation, with a clear development pathway from the outset.
2. Training and preparation
Trainees receive initial training and preparation, followed by ongoing development throughout their placement. Both programmes include:

Safety Critical Medical and Drug & Alcohol testing

NHSS 12D T1/T2 training

3. Experience within your operation
Throughout the programme, trainees are assigned exclusively to your business and are not supplied to other clients through Adjuvo Agency.
They develop practical experience alongside your team, becoming familiar with your procedures, working practices and expectations.
4. Progression into permanent employment
After successful completion, if you and the trainee wish to continue working together, they can transfer into permanent employment with your business.
There is no recruitment or transfer fee payable to Adjuvo, and you retain someone who already knows your operation.

Programme duration is based on actual workplace participation, ensuring trainees receive the experience needed to support their development.
Qualifications supported by practical capability
Our Adjuvo Capability Framework brings formal training and practical development together.
Through explanation, demonstration, practice and coaching, trainees build their skills before applying and developing them further in the workplace.
Regular reviews draw on feedback from the trainee, your business and the Adjuvo Training team. These reviews consider performance, practical development, attitude, reliability and progression, helping us recognise strengths and address areas that need further support.

What we need from you
Your business plays an essential role in each trainee’s development. We ask placement providers to supply:

Adjuvo manages recruitment, the training programme, the qualification pathway and ongoing programme support.
Frequently asked questions
Is permanent employment guaranteed?
Permanent employment is an opportunity following successful completion. The transfer takes place where both your business and the trainee wish to continue the relationship.
Are trainees supplied to other businesses?
No. During the Traineeship, they are assigned exclusively to your business and are not supplied to other clients through Adjuvo Agency.
What if a trainee is unsuitable?
If a placement ends because of genuine performance, conduct or suitability concerns, your business is not financially penalised for the trainee’s outstanding training costs. Adjuvo manages any applicable training-cost recovery directly with the trainee under their Traineeship agreement.
What do successful graduates receive?
Graduates receive a completion package recognising their development, including TM Traineeship® completion certification, industry qualifications achieved, a Skills & Capability Summary, a Career Progression Roadmap and lifetime Adjuvo Training graduate benefits.
